The Junior Recreational Programme consists children aged 5 to 7 years old. This programme offers a faster progression through more challenging skills such as handstands, forward rolls, cartwheels etc.
This program is suitable for children with medically assessed cognitive, social and physical conditions. The Body Balance program provides an opportunity to participate in gymnastics as a means to assist with physical theory, social engagement and learning.
The Intermediate Girls Recreational Programme is a girl only programme for children aged 7 years -12 years. This is the next progression class from the Junior Recreation program and is structured to build upon the basic skills they have learnt so far.
The Intermediate Boys Recreational Programme is a boy only programme for children aged 7 years -12 years. This is the next progression class from the Junior Recreation program and is structured to build upon the basic skills they have learnt so far.
This class is for children with experience in Dancing, Martial arts, Gymnastics or anyone who wishes to develop and perfect acrobatic skills and improve aerial awareness. The program utilises tumble tramps, competition size trampolines, mini tramps, tumble track, aerial harness, foam pit and Olympic size sprung floor.
The program utilises all gymnastics equipment to achieve gymnast’s strength, flexibility and stamina as well as building on gymnastics skills through team balances and routines. Examples of some of the activities taught in our Acrobatics classes include partner body balances, trio group activities, gymnastics displays and routines and aerial skills (walkovers, handsprings, saltos).
This program is for people 16 years or older who are interested in a bit of fitness in a gymnastics environment. It provides each member with a fun and challenging program, designed to cater for a wide range of abilities and allow each individual to progress at their own pace, ensuring success and satisfaction by working towards personal goals.
