Junior Recreation

The Junior Recreational Program consists of children aged 5 to 7 years old. This is our first step for afternoon recreational gymnastics and incorporates gymnastics drills and skills such as cartwheels, handstands, forward rolls and much more.

Tramp and Tumble

This class is for children with experience in Dancing, Martial arts, Gymnastics or anyone who wishes to develop and perfect acrobatic skills and improve aerial awareness. The program utilities tumble tramps, competition size trampolines, mini tramps, tumble track, aerial harness, foam pit and Olympic size sprung floor.

Intermediate Recreation

The Intermediate Recreational Program consists of children aged 7 years -10 years. This is the next progression class from the Junior Recreation program and is structured to build upon the basic skills they have learnt so far and progress to more challenging skills. This is a program suitable for children who would like to learn a “bit of everything” from apparatus work to acro skills to tumbling.

Free G – Parkour and Tricking

Free G, or freestyle gymnastics refers to a new type of gymnastics program available to non traditional styles. It draws on influences from gymnastics, martial arts, free-running, parkour, tricking and break-dance. Within a Free G class, participants find new and creative uses for traditional gymnastics apparatus, combining different apparatus into a series of obstacles.

Senior Recreation

The Senior Recreational Program consists of children aged 10 years -16 years. This is the next progression class from the Intermediate Recreation program and is structured to build upon the intermediate skills they have learnt so far and progress to more challenging skills. This program is where we start to master our skills and work on connection and routines. Some low level competitions are also optional.

Team Gym – Performance Group

This program incorporates many different techniques used throughout gymnastics as well as some elements from other sports such as dance, cheer and acrobatics.
In this program gymnasts will be expected to train on their nominated days per week, join in for performance competitions as a team and also purchase any needed uniforms.

Adult Recreation

This program is for people 16 years or older who are interested in a bit of fitness  in a gymnastics environment. It provides each member with a fun and challenging program, designed to cater for a wide range of abilities and allow each individual to progress at their own pace, ensuring success and satisfaction by working towards personal goals.
